Day to day admin jobs which include checking emails and follow up action with the concerned departments, Prepare quotations, sales and purchase orders, Verify supplier invoices to process payment, Job reconciliation and maintain documentation for the department.
Coordinate with the clients, vendors and contractors with regards to execution and successful completion of jobs.
Qualification / Skills:
- Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
- Competency in MS Office applications.
