The company currently manages about 6,000 bed spaces in Los Angeles, Irvine, Seattle, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Tucson, Austin, Chicago, San Francisco, and Berkeley.
POSITION DUTIES: Research and analyze co-living business industry trends, competitors, and national and local market data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources; Prepare and present the results of quantitative and qualitative data analysis with business implications in a clear and concise manner, and support management decision making; Conduct in-depth business operation analysis to identify, track, and maintain the metrics for the company’s ongoing housing projects and conduct a property performance review, budget review, and appraisal review to monitor profit and loss; Closely monitor the national commercial real estate market, including data related to properties, leases, tenants, availabilities, developments, sales, and owners; Gather and analyze potential business partners and property owners’ property purchase price, tax rate, operating expenses, and vacancy rate, calculate investment cap rate, forecast potential investors’ expectations of return, and predict their desired asking price.
REQUIREMENTS: U.S. Master's Degree in Business Analytics or related
SALARY: From $105,000 to $ 110,000 per year, depending on qualifications
HOURS: 40 hours/week M-F 9:30AM to 6:30PM
