Your new role
- With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of handling customer requests by answering incoming calls
- Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a high-quality service is provided
- Providing product and tool support to improve customers experience
- Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating

What you need to succeed
- German and Englishfluent or bilingual
- Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel)
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (you are comfortable communicating with customers using several channels)
- Ability to multi-task by working independently, while being a team player
