Your new role

  • With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of handling customer requests by answering incoming calls
  • Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a high-quality service is provided

  • Providing product and tool support to improve customers experience
  • Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating

What you need to succeed

  • German and Englishfluent or bilingual
  • Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel)
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (you are comfortable communicating with customers using several channels)
  • Ability to multi-task by working independently, while being a team player
