Van den Bosch is an international logistics provider specializing in bulk transport and operating from 13 locations with over 750 colleagues. To expand our team in Sweden, we are currently looking for a new colleague who will join the team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position you will process the customer (order) requests and be the first point of contact for your own customer base. The job is based in Lidköping, Sweden.

As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for your own customer base. You will process the customer (order) requests and actively liaise with the planning and the customers, to ensure that the operational performance runs as smoothly as possible. Careful administrative recording will also be part of the job, as well as preparing the invoices. You know better than anyone how to communicate with various customers and build up a valuable relationship. The customers will be located in and around Scandinavia.

Besides this position, it will be expected from you that you’re able to take over for your colleague (planner) in their absence. In this case your job will also be to match the available capacity of drivers with our available capacity of trucks, with the use of an advanced planning system, Quintiq and on-board computer Trimble. Other responsibilities in this job are assisting with planning the maintenance of our local fleet. A proactive attitude and clear communication are essential in this job.

  • Excellent command of the Swedish and English language
