The principal responsibility is to achieve the growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels, especially ecommerce. He/she is also responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities for brand awareness and demand creations for driving business development in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
1. Prepare market awareness and demand creation plan to drive the commercial success
2. Execute marketing plans to exceed company sales targets and expand market share for designated products
3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop marketing program and assets.

4. Create and deliver contents across all platforms, including website and social media.5. Support the division to manage the in-country CRM campaigns
6. Asist the brand's 360 marketing programs including ATL, BTL and online marketing strategies
7. Coordinate and liaise with different internal cross-department on campaigns arrangement and allocation to achieve the best objectives
8. Responsible of departmental ROI & KPI
Requirements
1. Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
2. Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience in FMCG industry is highly preferred
3. Good Chinese copywriting, hard-working, self-motivated and result-oriented
4. Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills and analytical skills are needed
5. Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and English
