Ø Make appointment with SK / SJKC / SMK school principle (company will provide contact list)
Ø Arrange meet up with principle to share our CSR Program (Minda Berjaya) - provide free tuition to school students. Students whoever interested to join the free tuition program will submit/ register in the Google form.
Ø Once you get the list of students (with parents contact details) who registered in Google form. Make follow up calling to those parents.
Ø May provide option for parents (students who interested and register in Google form) whether to purchase the education materials (books) with us or not (RM 200 [covered all subjects] for 6 months).
Ø Incharge for Cambridge English Class, Mandarin Program, CSR Program and SMK Tuition Program.
Ø If sales executive who incharge in that school able to sell out the education material to parents,
i. RM 22 per student for CSR program books (only applicable to students who purchased book materials).
ii. Mandarin program: 10% commission based on the tuition fee collected every three (3) months.
iii. Cambridge English Course: 10% commission based on the tuition fee collected every three (3) months.
iv. Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) tuition: 5% commission based on tuition fee collected every month.
*commission per student head is 10% equivalent to RM22 and this RM22 is renewal every 6 month til the students reach Standard 6. Do 1 time sales and chance to get 6 years renewal commission. If 1 school has 100 students register, commission in a month is RM2200 per month. And this is renew every 6 month.
