- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

- Manage hotel reservations, ensuring accuracy and maintaining an updated booking system.

- Process guest payments accurately and securely, utilizing the cash register or electronic payment systems.

- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked with guest amenities.

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.

- Assist guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.

- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and updating guest records.

- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

- Handle any guest emergencies calmly and follow established protocols.
