The role of Quality technician within the ASSA ABLOY ROMANIA factory in Bucharest aims to manage the quality issues of components and finished products from the assigned production unit.
Main responsibilities:
- Performs documented product audits, line audits and anti-error device audits for products
- Escalates to the company's management the potential situations that affect the satisfaction of the client's requirements that may have an effect on deliveries, product safety, guarantees;
- Keeps the confidentiality of the information, of the documents he works with as well as of the personal information he comes into contact with;
- Records in the system the result of the inspections according to the work instructions;
- Carry out documented measurements of the samples
- Participates and maintains records regarding the analysis of rejected products and their classification as scrap.
- Provides support in the training and evaluation of production personnel, on aspects of product quality;
- Takes over and hands over the exchange in good conditions, ensuring the complete transfer of information and the taking over of ongoing activities;
- Prepares reports on the activity for which he is responsible and forwards them to the quality management;
- Contributes to the achievement of the department's quality objectives;
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of the process;
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge
- 2 years of experience in production activities / 6 months in the quality department
- Attention to details
- High visual acuity
- Relationship and communication skills.
